Brilliant Insights During Finals?

Many students find final exam week to be a creative and richly rewarding time, as they take stock of all that they have been learning and find ideas coalescing in new and promising ways. Ok, maybe that is just a faculty member's fantasy ... but in case it is even a little true, I invite you to share your latest revelations here! What new insights have crystallized for you as the semester winds to a close? What "aha!" experiences (besides "getting" the geometry proof in Plato's Meno) have you had?

Blog Changes

I have just been invited to switch this blog over to the new blogger system, which allows us now to label each post and organize the postings into categories! It also gives me ways to add other features to the site, which I plan to do soon.

This means that those who were signed on to post to this blog still can do so, but will have to switch their accounts over to the new system first. If you have trouble with this, please let me know.

In the meantime, I have noticed that all of your names have disappeared from the side -- I'm sorry about this! I have looked long and hard for ways to add your names back, but to no avail! If anyone knows the secrets of the new blogger and can give me advice about this, please let me know! I am hoping that as you switch your accounts over, your names will return.
